Termination

Miscellaneous
The Terms will be construed according to the laws of the State of Oregon, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising under or relating to the Terms, the Content, the use of the Site, or any services obtained using this Site, shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in the State of Oregon. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Terms, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. The Terms are the entire agreement between you and OWP relating to the Site. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by OWP.
